Based on the novel by Bram Stoker, it tells the story of Thomas Hutter, an employee of a real estate agency in a German village. He is sent by his principal to Transylvania for a contract with the mysterious Count Orlok, who according to the locals lives in a castle owned by evil forces. There is also the legend of Nosferatu, a creature that sucks human blood to survive. The unlucky Thomas will have to face the count and the creature alone, who in reality are one cursed identity. Meanwhile, his wife is obsessed with nightmares and night visions. Caterina Palazzi "Zaleska" sonorize the masterpiece of silent cinema Nosferatu, a 1922 film directed by Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau, one of the masterpieces of horror and expressionist cinema. The choice of the double bass creates a soundtrack even darker and gloomy than the original, an orchestra of funeral basses that envelops the audience in a hypnotic bubble in which the figure of the vampire seems to materialize.
