Alessandro carefully folds an aeroplane plane that will end up in his origami collection. Those paper wings are the guardians not only of a precious secret but also of a life choice that he doesn't yet know if he has the courage to take.

Stefano and Nader are two classmates. Stefano has emotional problems related to the fact that girls cannot decide to end a relationship. In fact, his girlfriend broke up with him and he can’t stand it. Even Nader has a girlfriend who doesn’t practice his same religion, so her parents oppose their relationship. Furthermore, he is a thief and easily uses violence. After being shut outside his home because of an argument with his mother, Nader must face his first night out, with the city’s inhabitants and dangers. Nader had already appeared in Brothers of Italy.
She was born in Paris on January 13th 1976. After a law course and after studying screenwriting at FEMIS, she directed three short films. Her first short film, Kitchen, selected as a competitor in Cannes in 2005, got the Savoia Gras Short Film. Before making her first full-length film, Alice Winocourcollaborated in the writing of Home directed by Ursula Meier (Critics’ Week 2008) and co-wrote the screenplay of Ordinary People (released in 2009) along with Vladimir Perisic, which was selected at the Semaine de la Critique in 2009.Augustineis her first full-length film.
The inspiration of the project is the theme of alienation and non-communication, which Michelangelo Antonioni deals with in the film The Eclipse and in his other works. I tried to express this concept through images in which we compare two worlds: the external and the internal world of the main character, highlighting the way in which we sometimes live, estranged from reality; for the protagonists, absorbed in their own thoughts, other people no longer exist; they become evanescent entities, weightless, like ghosts ... this state means they are alone, even if physically they are not.

30-year-old Goran lives in a small town in Bosnia. Unlike his friends, Goran came out of the war virtually unscathed. He lives on an inheritance from his parents and drinks his days away with his friends. One day, all his friends are killed in a bar brawl. The incident completely knocks Goran out of his routine life, and he decides to sell all his belongings and start doing something memorable.

What the photographer character in Blow Up gives me is the feeling that everyone lives two lives in parallel; a conventional one, made from what is imposed on us on a daily basis by the society of doing, and therefore work; and another one dictated by the truest part of ourselves, the spontaneous part that responds to our instincts. The two parts may appear very different, but together they travel, accompany and characterise us.
