One of the greatest French directors of all time. He was born in the Breton city of Vannes, France on 3 June 1922. His father was a pharmacist and held the position of mayor of Treffléan for eighteen years. Alain began experimenting with his Kodak camera when he was twelve, making short films based on Fantomas. He went to Paris in 1939 with the aim of becoming an actor and became assistant to theatre director Georges Pitoeff.

After appearing as an actor in a film by Marcel Carne 'he directed Gerard Philippe in a 1946 film. Two years later he is nominated to the Academy Awards for a documentary about the painter Van Gogh.

She studied film production at the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Master's Degree in Cultural Studies of the Mediterranean at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili of Tarragona. He has worked all over the world such as Afghanistan, Bosnia, Cuba, United States, Guatemala, England, Iran, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Turkey and Qatar.
Alberto Castellano è saggista e critico cinematografico napoletano. Ha scritto per circa venti anni per “Il Mattino” di Napoli e attualmente collabora con “alias”(supplemento settimanale de “il manifesto”) e “Diari di Cineclub”. Autore di numerosi saggi e volumi dedicati a Franchi e Ingrassia, Douglas Sirk, Carlo Verdone, Clint Eastwood, Paul Schrader, alla comicità e al doppiaggio, è stato professore a contratto di Semiologia del cinema all’Università degli Studi di Salerno e ha fatto parte della giuria Fipresci (Federazione della Critica Internazionale) in numerosi festival
Registi di documentari e autori di storie, Alberto Gottardo e Francesca Sironi lavorano come duo dall’estate del 2015. Seguono una ricerca comune sul presente, che unisce i loro percorsi: Alberto la fotografia - ha studiato alla City University di New York e al master in Fotografia della CFP Bauer di Milano, dove ora insegna; Francesca la scrittura – ha scritto dal 2012 al settimanale L’Espresso, occupandosi di inchieste e feature stories; nel 2020 ha scritto un saggio per ragazzi sulla violenza di genere.
One of the fathers of the Italian cinema of the second post-war period. He was born in Vaprio d’Adda in the province of Milan on the 14th of November 1914. His father Felice was a composer. During high school with Arnoldo Mondadori and Mario Monicelli he founded the periodical magazine Camminare. Alberto was involved in art criticism. He debuted in film direction during the war with Giacomo l’idealista (1942).
After gaining a degree in Reading, England, he went on to specialise in Storyboarding at Central St Martins in London. Has had various professional experiences in Europe and Canada and in 2009 won a Fulbright scholarship which took him to California, where he obtained an MA in Film Production from San Diego State University.
Alberto Palmiero è nato il 5 gennaio 1997 ad Aversa (CE, Italia). Nel 2013 si trasferisce a Chicago (IL, Stati Uniti) per un anno grazie a una borsa di studio AFS. Questa esperienza gli permette, per la prima volta, di avvicinarsi al mondo del cinema. Tornato in Italia, si iscrive all'Università degli Studi di Salerno nel 2015 con una specializzazione in Informatica. Si diploma poi nel 2018. Nel 2018 realizza il cortometraggio "Saddafà".
