Brief synopsis:

A robbery ended badly. Everybody can escape, Curro is locked in the car by the police and ends in jail. Eight years. But life continues, even for him. Ana, her companion, is pregnant during one of the married visits. José, a mild, taciturn-looking man, has nothing to do with the robbery, but he’s gravitating in a very unclear way around Ana, his child, and her brother Juanjo. But who is José, a simple man with gentle ways, a gentle look and a silent person or someone else, a man who is looking for something, locked in the past and voted for a single cause? Curro in the meantime is already out of prison. José looks at him and, after threatening him, begins with him a backward journey over time in search of those accomplices who had escaped. The director Arévalo puts in context that baleful wrath and almost mechanical, belonging to a man who can’t forget.
