Against the backdrop of the crisis, Solving looks at our country's history in the last few years from a strictly socio-economic point of view. Starting with the events surrounding the crisis and the associated suicides, Solving features interviews with a sociologist and two journalists and a collateral victim of the downturn, as well as a section with the camera unflinchingly trained on an entrepreneur active in the energy storage sector. The film aims to present an entirely new perspective on the small-medium Italian entrepreneur, relaying his voice with a message of hope.
The film is about life and career of Adalberto Alvarez, one of the leading figures of the Cuban dance pop music. At the same time it is an examination of this kind of music - present status and prospect to come.

The light dazzles and invades the frame, almost cancelling the landscape, abstracting it. Two men, two identities - or maybe just one - walking away from us, bathed in light. Alive in a real physical place yet evanescent, apparently directed toward no where. Maybe they are lost in the middle of nothing, or themselves. Yet they walk purposefully towards the high horizon, which hides what might lie beyond: finally the destination, or an attempt at a new life, or a new hallucination equal to the present one, made only of glaring light and land.
