Nasce nel 1991 a Caserta. Si diploma ed incomincia le prime esperienze cinematografiche come
assistente pro-
duzione e regia, collaborando con Lotus, Endemol, ed altre realtà produttive italiane. Nel 2013 una
collaborazione con la regista francese Marie Marlard lo vede impegnato come Aiuto Regia per il
corto “E tu non vedi fantasmi Vaganti”. Un suo progetto “Rome Flashes” viene selezionato al
Festival della Creatività di Roma del 2013.
Roma, 04/09/1982 Silvia Bellotti è una videomaker giornalista nata a Roma nel 1982. Ha cominciato la sua carriera a Palermo dove ha collaborato con Il Fatto Quotidiano.it e con I Quaderni de L'Ora, il mensile di inchiesta fondato dai cronisti dello storico quotidiano antimafia L’Ora. Nel 2012 ha ricevuto il primo premio Generazione Reporter, il concorso per giovani giornalisti ideato da Michele Santoro, per la video inchiesta “Trattativa? Niente sacciu” sulle responsabilità oscure dello Stato nelle stragi del ’92-’93.
He was born in Castellamare di Stabia on 12 August 1921 and died in Rome on 4 May 1990. He began to enter the world of cinema thanks to the director Armando Fizzarotti and in 1949 he made his debut film with his first direction, Napoli eterna canzone (Napoli eternal song), followed two years later by Black Fire. The style is between neorealism and sentimental cinema. His movies are popular and make great profits. Soli per le strade (Alone in the streets) of 1953 participates in the Cannes Festival the following year out of competition.

Nel 2007 ha fondato la Giallomare Film a Roma, una società di produzione cinematografica indipendente che ha realizzato circa 200 opere audiovisive e vanta importanti collaborazioni come Greenpeace, Amnesty International, Telethon ecc. Ha diretto 3 film documentari e 8 cortometraggi.
Theo, 11yo, sets off on his first expedition on the family fishing boat Simshar together with his father, grandfather and a Malian migrant worker. Disaster strikes when a fire breaks out onboard, leaving the crew stranded in open water. Meanwhile, tensions run high when a Turkish vessel rescues African migrants between Malta and the Italian island of Lampedusa, with neither country willing to allow disembarkation. Alex, a Maltese doctor sent on the ship against his will to provide medical care, gets caught up in the diplomatic dispute and is forced to remain onboard.

Lucía slips in the bath in an absurd accident while Toni, her husband, is getting into bed, her daughter Alba chatting to a friend on the phone and Sergio, the little one, stuffing himself with pizza in front of his computer. No-one ever thinks about going blind. Lucía doesn't either and the doctor's diagnostic signifies the end for her. She can no longer paint, her great passion, can't look at the sea, or watch her children growing up. She'll never again be able to escape from a life she hated.
